Lotte eyes Ginza Cozy Corner cake store chain acquisition
Lotte Holdings Co., the holding firm of the Lotte group with business interests straddling Japan and South Korea, is seeking to gain control of cake store operator Ginza Cozy Corner Co., sources close to the matter said Sunday.
