Asahi: Upper House election

A clutch of voter surveys by The Asahi Shimbun and other media show the opposition Minshuto (Democratic Party of Japan) gaining the lead over the ruling Liberal Democratic Party for the July 29 Upper House election. But it is worth remembering that these polls only offer a snapshot in time based on estimates.
