Asahi: Fukuda’s foreign policy
The wheels of dialogue have finally started to turn for Japan, China and South Korea. During his visit to Singapore, Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda met separately with Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun.
