Video game manufacturer Nintendo announced yesterday that they are going to release two new colors for their popular handheld gaming system, “Nintendo DS Lite” - “Metallic Rose” and “Gloss Silver”. The expected release date is 23rd Jun for Japan, with an expected price of 6,800 yen, which is the same as for other DS Lite models. Nintendo made no mention of when a possible release outside of Japan could be expected.

These two colors will be an addition to the already available “Crystal White”, “Ice Blue”, “Enamel Navy”, “Noble Pink” and “Jet Black” versions.

Except for the color, “Metallic Rose” and “Gloss Silver” will not differ from previously released Nintendo DS Lite units.
