Rezel Cross details unveiled

The stars of Sony Computer Entertainment’s latest role playing project for the PSP are the Rezel, five individuals with supernatural powers. In Rezel Cross, the player will get to control them and put their awesome powers to use in the continuous struggle against the mighty Zafnam Empire. The gameplay is said to be heavily focused around big, epic battles, during which the powerful special abilities of the Rezel will make all the difference.

The characters have been created by designer Kaneda Eiji of Genesis of Aquarion-fame, and will be brought to life by well-known voice actors such as Daisuke Namikawa. The graphics of Rezel Cross have been drawn to resemble oil paintings, giving it a unique look that is sure to distinguish it from other similar titles.

SCE are aiming for a release come September, Famitsu reported.
