Manga artist Kimimaro to star in own Nintendo DS game

Kimimaro Ayanokouji, manga artist and TV personality famous for his ponytail and popularity among the elderly, will get his own “game” for the Nintendo DS, Mainichi.jp reports.

The game, or rather personal organizer software, will among other things feature a daily rip-pff-a-page calender, containing amusing Kimimaro gags such as “When I told my wife “Oi, tea!”, she gave me 120 yen.“

“Mainichi ga tanoshii! Ayanokouji Kimimaro no Happy Techo” (“Everyday is fun! Kimimaro Ayanokouji’s happy notebook”) will be available throughout Japan for 3,990 yen, starting Oct. 25th.

For those who want to try the game before they buy it, an online trial version is available here.
