1 in 3 LDP election candidates say Japan should reexamine nuclear weapons stance

About one in three Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) candidates in the upcoming House of Councillors election says that Japan should reexamine its stance on possessing an independent nuclear capability, a Mainichi poll has found.
