Foreign Minister Aso apologizes over ‘Alzheimer’ gaffe

Foreign Minister Taro Aso apologized on Friday over his controversial remarks that “even Alzheimer’s disease patients can understand” the difference between the price of Japanese rice sold domestically and that exported and sold in China.
