Koike determined to replace vice defense minister
Defense Minister Yuriko Koike came out swinging Wednesday by vowing to stick to her plan to replace Vice Defense Minister Takemasa Moriya–unless she herself is replaced in the Cabinet reshuffle expected on Aug. 27.
