Koike refuses to back down

Defense Minister Yuriko Koike came out swinging Wednesday by vowing to stick to her resolve to replace Vice Defense Minister Takemasa Moriya–unless she herself is replaced in the Cabinet reshuffle expected on Aug. 27.
