Justice minister apologizes for linking himself to al-Qaida terrorist

Justice Minister Kunio Hatoyama apologized Tuesday for creating a brouhaha by indirectly linking himself to an al-Qaida member involved in the terrorist attack in Bali that killed more than 200 people.
