Lower house panel to vote on antiterrorism bill on Monday

The House of Representatives special committee on antiterrorism measures will vote Monday on a bill to enable Japan to resume refueling activities for international forces engaged in antiterrorism operations in and near Afghanistan, the panel decided Friday.
