Fukuda, Ozawa remain apart over refueling bill in 1st Diet debate

Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda and main opposition Democratic Party of Japan President Ichiro Ozawa remained apart in their first parliamentary debate Wednesday over Japan’s suspended refueling mission in the Indian Ocean.
