Men arrested for dumping body switched victim’s phone on and off to fool investigators
Four men — under arrest for dumping the body of a man that had been brought out of a Tokyo apartment in June — switched the victim’s mobile phone on and off several times after he was murdered, in an attempt to make it look like he was still alive, police believe.
