North Korea denigrates Kyuma over a-bomb remarks: ‘A moron’s babbling’

North Korean party newspaper “Minju Choson” criticized the comments made by Japan’s Ex-Defense Minister Fumio Kyuma last week that were largely taken as justifying the U.S. atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945, likening his remarks to “a moron’s babbling”, etc, North Korea’s official news agency Korea News Service reported.

Notwithstanding the fact that North Korea are currently moving ahead with their own nuclear weapons program, much to the chagrin of its neighbors, the article in said newspaper denounced the U.S. bombings as “large-scale crimes against humanity.”
