Myanmar minister apologizes for photographers’ death

Myanmar Foreign Minister Nyan Win offered an apology Friday for the death of a Japanese photojournalist after troops fired on antigovernment protesters in Yangon on Thursday, saying he was “extremely sorry” for the incident.
