U.S. denies misuse of MSDF fuel
The U.S. Defense Department on Thursday denied that fuel provided by the Maritime Self-Defense Force to U.S. naval vessels in the Indian Ocean has been diverted for use in U.S. operations in Iraq, but acknowledged that tracking the use of all fuel supplied is difficult.
