10 hurt in 14-vehicle pileup

A taxi crashed into the concrete sidewall of Hanshin Expressway Matsubara Route in Hirano Ward, Osaka, at 2:15 a.m. Thursday, leading to a 14-vehicle pileup that injured 10 people, police said.
