Cab chaos spurs mad dash at Osaka station

The mad dash usually starts around 8:40 p.m. Dozens of people pile out of taxis, weave through slow-moving vehicles, and sprint about 200 meters down the street toward a ticket booth at Shin-Osaka Station.
