Opening of new KIX runway celebrated

About 400 people, including Construction and Transport Minister Tetsuzo Fuyushiba, local business leaders and aviation officials, on Saturday participated in a ceremony celebrating the Aug. 2 opening of a second runway at Kansai Airport in Osaka Prefecture.
