Another sweets maker inspected for alleged false labeling

The Mie prefectural government and the farm ministry conducted an on-site inspection of the head office of Ofukumochi- Honke, a time-honored confectioner based in Ise, Mie Prefecture, on Monday on suspicion of falsely labeling production dates and ingredients of its rice cakes, officials said.
