Man gagged and bound himself to escape from workplace woes
A man who was reportedly found gagged and unconscious with his hands and feet tied in a small wood outside Miura, in Kanagawa Prefecture Tuesday morning, admitted to local police the same day that he had not been the vicitim of a crime but had gagged himself and pretended to be unconscious to get away from problems at his job, the Asahi Shimbun reports.
According to the police, the man said he had a hard time at his job, and thought that if he feigned he had been the victim of a crime, he would not have to go to work. The man told the police he had been lying in the woods from dawn until he was found by a passer-by at 10 AM.
