18-year-old girl trapped in Edo-Tokyo Museum toilet for over 3 hours

An 18-year-old girl was Thursday trapped inside the Tokyo’s Edo-Tokyo Museum in Sumida Ward for 3 1/2 hours after a museum guard had closed the shutters at the entrance of the toilet when the museum closed, the Asahi Shimbun reports.

The city has issued a stern warning to the security company and decided to equip the toilets with emergency buttons.
