System glitch causes week of misery for Japan Post Bank Co.

Japan Post Bank Co. has not yet been able to restore its newly introduced computerized customer information system, which went down last Monday on its first day of operation, making it impossible to open postal saving accounts at some post offices, it was learned Sunday.
