Gov’t to give hepatitis C aid by end of Nov.

The government will apologize and give assistance to hepatitis C patients infected via tainted blood products who have filed lawsuits against the government and a drugmaker, Health, Labor and Welfare Minister Yoichi Masuzoe said Friday.
