Red Army member’s court appeal rejected
The Supreme Court on Friday dismissed a compensation appeal for defamation filed against the Yomiuri Shimbun by a senior member of the Japanese Red Army who was sentenced to life imprisonment for his role in the hijacking of two Japan Airlines planes in the 1970s.
